Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the plus888 website, mobile application and all related digital services operated by plus888. "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on this platform. "Terms" refers to the terms and conditions contained in this document.

In this agreement, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of this document. The applicable law is the law of the jurisdiction in which this platform's licence was issued.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the plus888 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the date of registration
• Located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal
• Have not previously been banned or restricted from any gambling platform
• Register using accurate and complete personal information
• Hold only one active account on this platform

plus888 reserves the right to request a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or equivalent official document for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All financial transactions on the plus888 platform are subject to the following conditions. The minimum deposit per payment method is RM20. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Withdrawal processing time is typically completed within 1 hour from the time the request is received and approved.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. plus888 does not charge additional fees on transactions processed through these methods.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details registered are accurate and belong to themselves. plus888 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the player during the withdrawal process.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

plus888 offers various promotions to its members, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit of up to RM500. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if a player deposits RM100, the bonus received is RM100, bringing the total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Additional conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• A bonus cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated
• plus888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period specified for each promotion

Player Responsibilities and Prohibitions

By using the plus888 platform, players agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised technical tools
• Sharing or transferring an account to another party
• Registering more than one account whether under their own identity or another identity
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion or game manipulation
• Applying betting strategies intended to exploit the bonus payment system
• Spreading false or misleading information about this platform

Breaching any of the above prohibitions gives plus888 the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including permanent suspension or closure of the account and cancellation of any outstanding balance or winnings.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

plus888 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data inaccuracies or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

General Provisions and Applicable Law

If any provision in these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions that are not affected remain in full force. plus888's failure to exercise any right or remedy under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and relevant promotional guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between the player and plus888 regarding the use of the platform. Any prior communications that conflict with this document do not apply.

plus888 operates under international licensing and complies with internationally accepted online gambling industry standards. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.
